Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron Corp iPC1550T-C1020-4GB-80SS-DVD-XP-EN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thorsman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thorsman such as the KAL362501616 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS740011 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JZNCYPS02E by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand MEAD1VC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as LAM02240AC equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IWS1934 made by Nematron-Corp as well as the popular NPC300I54GB40SSW7 original spares produced by Nematron-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OPUS7000 by Okuma and LAM02240AC spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P22025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Scr-Controls.
